By accessing or using Reveol ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Reveol is an educational platform providing financial modeling exercises and financial statement visualization tools for learning purposes.

2. Limitation of Liability

Reveol is provided for educational purposes only. The financial data, valuations, and model outputs generated by the platform do not constitute financial advice and should not be used for investment decisions. All data is sourced from Financial Modeling Prep (FMP) and is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or completeness.

3. Intellectual Property

The Reveol platform, its design, code, and educational content are proprietary. The Excel exercise files generated by the platform are provided for personal educational use only and may not be redistributed commercially.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes arising from the use of Reveol shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
